Knowing which Medicare Advantage plan you are enrolled in will help you get the right information about your benefits and coverages.

• Members who have their Medicaid benefits covered by another plan should review materials for

Aetna Medicare Assure Premier (HMO D-SNP)

• Members who are enrolled in a Medicare Savings Program in Virginia should review materials for

Aetna Medicare Assure Value (HMO D-SNP)
