Your plan options
We offer plan options that meet different needs for different people:
Medicaid offers coverage for low-income and working people or:
- Families
- Their children
- Pregnant women
CHIP is a low-cost health care plan for children (under age 19) of working families. CHIP also covers pregnant women (19 and older) meeting eligibility requirements.
Mountain Health Promise serves children and youth who are:
- In foster care, kinship care and adoptive care
- Eligible for the CSEDW (Children with Serious Emotional Disorder Waiver)
Mountain Health Promise members do not need to enroll. If you qualify, you are automatically enrolled in the program.

To keep your benefits, be sure to report to DOHS (Department of Human Services) about any changes to your info. If you’re a Medicaid or CHIP member, you’ll also want to report the change to Member Services. Visit our renewal page to learn more.
