As a CVS Health company, we’re offering you this $25 OTC benefit as part of your Aetna Better Health® benefits. You can use the money to spend on a variety of health products, like:
Food and groceries
Milk, eggs, coffee/tea, bread, pasta, cooking oil, canned goods, cereal, trail mix, etc.
Personal care
Oral care, period care, first aid, pain relief, digestive health, vitamins, skin care, etc.
Baby care
Diapers, wipes, sunscreen, shampoo, lotion, nursing pads, lanolin cream etc.
Cold remedies
Allergy relief, cold/flu medicines, digital thermometer, vitamin C, facial tissues, etc.

Ready to order? Just visit OTC Health Solutions and sign in with your member ID and password. Or create a new account if you’re a first-time visitor. You’ll need an email address to set up your account.
Once you sign in, your benefit amount and balance will be displayed at the top of the page.
- Browse through the list of products and add to your basket. Your order total will automatically deduct from your balance at the top of the page.
- Choose “Checkout” when you’re ready to place your order.
- Confirm your shipping address, review your order and place your order. Most orders will arrive in less than 7 business days, though it may take longer during peak busy times.
- Expect to receive an email with tracking info once your order has shipped and another email once your order has been delivered.
