Help for domestic violence

You have a legal right to be free from physical harm, abuse and threats. And you can get help if you live in fear for your safety. The state of New Jersey offers domestic violence services, including a 24-hour domestic violence hotline.

Help for elder abuse

It’s not easy to talk about, but elder abuse is common. It happens when a caregiver or anyone else causes harm or serious risk of harm to a vulnerable adult. Everyone deserves to be free from physical, sexual and emotional abuse. This includes neglect.
