Vaccines help prevent many illnesses and certain types of cancer. A vaccine works with your body’s natural defenses to build immunity against a virus or another source of illness.

Vaccines should be part of wellness checkups at your doctor’s office. Many vaccines can also be given at an in-network pharmacy.

Learn about the vaccines children and adults should have. Ask your doctor about getting up to date. Remember that recommended vaccines are covered at no cost to our members — from early childhood to adult.
