Need a quick answer to a health question? The 24-Hour Nurse Line is here for you. If it can’t wait until you see your doctor, call your plan’s Member Services number. Then, choose the option for the Nurse Line.

  • Adults 18+: Tools and activities to improve mindset and manage stress; help with things like food, transportation and rent
  • Teens 13-17: Safe, private access to trained peer support and resources for school, work, social media, and relationship challenges
  • Guardians: Support for the unique challenges of being a guardian – understanding staff to listen and connection to support groups, help lines, and more

Need a ride to see your provider? If you’re a Medicaid member, we may be able to help you get one. You can call Modivcare at 1-866-799-4463 to set up a ride. Just be sure to schedule it at least two or three business days in advance.

  • Interpreter services in your language
  • Interpreter services in sign language 
  • Info in another format, like braille, large print and audio

WIC is a national nutrition program. It’s for pregnant or breastfeeding women and families with children younger than 5. The WIC program provides these services at no cost:
