Once your SoonerCare application receives approval, you can choose us as your SoonerSelect health plan. If you don’t choose a plan, the state will choose one for you. Already enrolled in a health plan? You can change plans at certain times during the year.

Adult vision
Get $150 every two years to cover glasses and contacts and $75 toward an annual exam.
Rewards
Take healthy steps, like completing your well-child and prenatal visits or managing your diabetes.
Diaper club
Get a monthly gift card for up to $45 in diapers for each child in your household up to age 2 and a half.
$25 for OTC products
Spend $25 on over-the-counter (OTC) health supplies from CVS Health®. We'll send them to you every month at no extra cost.
Traditional healing practices
Enjoy up to $400 each year for traditional healing practices if you’re an American Indian or Alaska Native (AI/AN).
