- Call or text 988 to reach the 988 Oklahoma Mental Health Lifeline. Trained counselors can help you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

- Call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.

Need a quick answer to a health question? Our 24-Hour Nurse Line is here for you. If you can’t wait until you can see your doctor, call 1-844-365-4385 (TTY: 711). Then choose the option for the Nurse Line.
If you don’t have a ride to an appointment, we can help. We cover rides to and from medical services like doctor visits, dental care and behavioral health care. And as an extra benefit, we also cover non-medical rides to places like job interviews or training, the grocery store, senior service programs and more.
To schedule a ride, call ModivCare at 1-877-718-4208 (TTY: 1-866-288-3133). Be sure to schedule your ride at least three business days in advance.

- Interpreter services at no cost during any service or complaint process, including American Sign Language and real-time oral interpretation
